Robbie's Meat Free Mixer for dogs was developed for owners who use a variety of ingredients to feed their dogs including BARF, Raw Feeding for dogs, tinned food and home cooking food for dogs. This quality mixer is put in a bowl and hot water added to bring to life the nutrients of quality ingredients. Often referred to as a 'Wholegrain mixer biscuit' for dogs which is not strictly correct. It does consist of wholegrains, vegetables and herbs but it is not baked to form a biscuit. This is the uniqueness of the product! You as the dog owner make it up!

Benefits of the ingredients for you dogs

Brown rice as an excellent source of manganese, and a good source of the minerals selenium and magnesium. ( The complete milling and polishing that converts brown rice into white rice destroys 67% of the vitamin B3, 80% of the vitamin B1, 90% of the vitamin B6, half of the manganese, half of the phosphorus, 60% of the iron, and all of the dietary fibre and essential fatty acids)  Supports spleen /pancreas, soothes the stomach, expels toxins, increases energy, hypoallergenic, beneficial for the nervous system.

Oats - very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fibre, Thiamin, Magnesium and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Manganese.

Carrots are nutritional heroes, they store a goldmine of nutrients. No other vegetable or fruit contains as much carotene as carrots, which the body converts to vitamin A. This is a truly versatile vegetable and an excellent source of vitamins B and C as well as calcium pectate, an extraordinary pectin fibre that has been found to have cholesterol-lowering properties.The carrot is an herbaceous plant containing about 87% water, rich in mineral salts and vitamins (B,C,D,E). An excellent source of vitamin A and potassium; they contain vitamin C, vitamin B6, thiamine, folic acid, and magnesium.

Green peas are loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory nutrients, and these health-supportive nutrients are provided in a wide range of nutrient categories.. Antioxidant vitamins provided by green peas include vitamin C and vitamin E, and a good amount of the antioxidant mineral zinc is also found in this amazing food.  Green peas are a reliable source of omega-3 fat in the form of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).

Spinach - a good source of Niacin and Zinc, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Copper and Manganese. It is also high in Omega 3 fatty acids  in the form of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).

Broccoli - Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Thiamin, Riboflavin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Selenium, and a very good source of Dietary Fibre, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Folate, Potassium and Manganese. Importantly - it contains multiple nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties including diindolylmethane and selenium.

Seaweed - Contains 10 - 20 times the minerals of land plants. Help detox the body and supports the lymphatic system, liver and supports thyroid function which controls metabolism, in particular protein metabolism.

Ingredients to add to your dogs diet.

White meat and fish are in my opinion the obvious choices for proteins to add the  mixer, These consist of chicken, turkey, rabbit, lamb and a fish including but not limited to cod, haddock, mackerel, herring, salmon and so forth. You should also consider grinding some flaxseed in a coffee grinder as an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids. You also use Salmon or fish oil and at least once a week add in a multivitamin supplement
