Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa , Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Please allow 2 business days for delivery if an order is received before 12 noon (Monday to Friday).
Orders received on Friday it may not go out until Monday in which case it would in most cases be delivered on the Wednesday.
Prices below are applicable to UK Mainland only excluding Highlands and Offshore Islands.
Highlands & Islands will incur and additional cost of 5.00 depending on the weight/quantity ordered.

All Herbal products are shipped free of charge. Shipping is charged on other products depending on weight.
7.5kg and below - £4.00 including VAT
7.6kg - 10kg - £2.00
15kg and over - Free of charge.

Please note that if your order is over £38.00 delivery will be free of charge
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 business days .
We use a Standard 48 hour business day delivery schedule.

Thus if your order is received on Monday morning and goes out that day, you should normally receive in on Wednesday. Orders received on Thursaday afternoon will likely go out on Friday and delivered the following Tuesday.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. All monies is paid directly into a bank account.
